1. How will I know if I am signed up on E-Bill?: You will receive a confirmation email after your request has been processed. Then, your next utility bill will be sent as an E-Bill with a "From" address of noreply@garlandtx.gov.

2. Will I still receive a paper bill via regular mail?: No. You will only receive an E-Bill delivered to you in an email.

3. Is there a fee for the E-Bill service?: No, E-Bill is free and also good for the environment! Thank you

4. I think I should have received my E-Bill by now, but I haven't. What should I do?: You should receive your E-Bill around the same date that you received your paper bill each month. If you do not, please check your Spam box for an email with a "From" address of noreply@garlandtx.gov. because it could be in there. If it is there, add the email's "From" address to your Contacts list so that the E-Bill will arrive in your In-box in the future. If you still do not see your E-Bill, please email customer service or call 972-205-2671.

5. What happens if I am late in paying my bill? Will I receive the past due notice by email?: Please email Customer Service or call 972-205-2671 and request to be switched back to paper billing by mail.
