What does the Library Board do?

The purpose of the Library Board is to advise the City Council on issues relating to the Public Library and to recommend plans and programs to promote the library system for the city. The Board meets monthly on the second Monday at 6 p.m. in the Work Session Chambers at City Hall. All meetings are open to the public unless the Board goes into executive session.
