Most banks offer free, online bill payment services for their account holders. Ask your bank about setting up online banking so that you can pay your City of Garland utility bill from their website.

PLEASE NOTE:  When setting up the bank to pay your Garland utility bill, please make certain to enter the following profile to assure electronic services are being used.  If your bank institution does not participate or cannot link electronically it is likely the bank will create a paper check that is produced and sent to us via U.S. Mail and could delay delivery.
